Here are recipes for several cocktails that I enjoy. I often make them with the dark Captain Morgan, but you could make them with whatever rum you prefer. They aren't terribly complicated, so it may be that other people make them and call them something else.

Peel the orange and separate it into sections. Place rum and orange sections in a blender. Add spices, if desired; cinammon, ground nutmeg, ground coriander, allspice, and ginger are all good choices. Step the blender up to the highest setting and blend the concoction until it is smooth. Add ice cream and blend again at lower power until the ice cream is mixed in completely.
The result is a fluffy, smoothy sort of thing, somewhat reminiscent of orange smoothy things that you can buy at the mall-- only with more rum.
